- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, warm leads, internet leads, and existing customers.
- Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and identify coverage opportunities.
- Provide information on available insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and other State Farm products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Follow up consistently with leads and customers to help move conversations forward.
- Support agency growth through cross-selling, account rounding, and customer retention efforts.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, follow-up activity, and documentation.
- Work alongside the agency team to provide a consistent and professional customer experience.
- Support daily office operations as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and service-related follow-up.

Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and build trust.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Property & Casualty license preferred or required.
- Life & Health license preferred or required.
- Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses if not already licensed.
