Our State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable Account Manager to help support our growing team and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Qualification

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and targeted prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess client goals and fit.
  • Qualify prospects for investment planning conversations.
  • Schedule well-vetted appointments for senior advisors.
  • Answer incoming phone calls for the office.
Requirements

  • Comfort with outbound calls and follow-up.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, process-driven.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) and phone prospecting experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license required (or must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license required (or must be able to obtain)

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary between $34,000 and $42,000 (based on experience).
  • Total Compensation package $34,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
